Anti-Spam Policy
Applied from May 7, 2020
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and security so this Anti-Spam Policy (the “Policy”) explains how you could deal with spam, e.g. how to report spam, opt-out bulk messages, etc. The Policy is an integral part of our End User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Please note, we may amend the Policy at any time by publishing a new version on our website.
1. What is spam?
Spam is any kind of unwanted, unrequested and unsolicited digital communication that gets sent out in bulk without your permission.
2. Do you send spam?
We do not send spam and do not tolerate spam. We take your privacy and security seriously and use your personal data to send you our messages only after obtaining your consent to receive the messages in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Are there any special cases where you can message me?
Conventionally, we do our best not to send messages to you without your permission. Nevertheless, there might be a situation where we do need to communicate important information on our services or products which impact your safety or your user experience with you before you grant us a consent to receive our notifications. In that event, we may use other legal grounds under the applicable law to send you messages, such as our legitimate interest or our obligation to fulfil an agreement, concluded with you.
4. What should I do to stop receiving your messages?
If you think you received an unsolicited message with information re Ajax or you want to opt-out receiving messages from us you may unsubscribe by sending us a request at [email protected]. Please note, since we provide services helping third-parties to protect your security, you may not unsubscribe receiving messages directly related to these services as long as either the End User Agreement is in place or you consume third-parties security protection services and our products in parallel.
5. Are there any other options to opt-out?
If you receive our emails and want to stop it, you may unsubscribe via an unsubscribe link we insert in each email (at the bottom of the email). One more option to let us know you want to stop receiving bulk messaging is to send us a letter to our address specified in the End User Agreement. Where it is required by law, we may put our address into our messages.
6. What the email I can use to complain?
We are sorry if you are not satisfied with something in our processes. You may register a complaint with regard to our messaging policy at newsletter[email protected].
